Complaints and Grievances
There can be occasions when our services are not up to your expectations. Please do not hesitate to register your complaint. It will only help us serve you better. There is a designated committee in the Institute for attending to all grievances. Every grievance is duly acknowledged.
We aim to settle your genuine complaints within 4 weeks of its receipt. If for any reason we are unable to resolve the grievance, we shall forward the grievance to ICMR Head Quarter for further necessary action. Suggestions/Complaint box is available in the Institute. Name, designation and telephone number of the officials concerned is duly displayed at the Reception. |
